This luxury box is thoughtfully designed to make a lasting impression. It includes your custom professional bio, the Luxury Marketing Plan booklet, the Semonin REALTORS® Identity Book, the Distinctive Homes Collection magazine, luxury brochure sample, and a luxury market snapshot. To ensure your box is prepared and ready, please contact Marketing at least one business day in advance of your listing appointment.

Special Signage
Set your listing apart with Lowen's 6-ft post and an extended Semonin REALTORS® sign panel. Add the 8-inch Distinctive Homes Collection rider for posts or the 6-inch rider for sign frames. *Sign riders are available at no cost through a check-out system and must be returned to Marketing when the property is off the market. Digital Magazine
Updated quarterly, the DHC digital magazine is featured on www.semonin.com and distributed quarterly via email blast. This ensures your audience stays informed and engaged with the latest distinctive listings.

Custom Property Brochures and Postcards
Highlight your property's features and details with high-quality, professionally designed brochures (qty. 20) and postcards (qty. 50) at no cost to you (agent is responsible for postage). Created and printed by Semonin's Marketing team and in-house print shop, these materials ensure a polished, luxurious presentation.

Seller Insights Report
Marketing will set up an automated email delivering detailed Seller Insights directly to your seller. These can be sent weekly, or less frequently, based on your preference-every 2, 3, or 4 weeks.

Builder/Designer Spotlight
Select luxury listings may also include a Builder or Designer Spotlight flyer, created to highlight the craftsmanship, vision, and expertise behind the home. This piece provides added context around design intent, materials, and custom features, helping tell a more complete story of the property. The flyer is shared with you for use in your marketing and listing presentations, adding depth and credibility to the overall luxury experience.
