Where is Zillow Listing Showcase available and what is the price?
Showcase is available in all primary counties of our market area. The pricing and associated details are below:

Zillow Showcase requires photography, Zillow 3D Home tour, and interactive floor plan from a verified photographer. Semonin's verified photographers are Carl Armijo and Jeremy Blum. If you choose to use your own photographer, this product may not be available. Contact marketing@semonin.com for more details.

Can I see examples of Showcase listings?

Can I use my own preferred photographer?
Yes, you can! It's easy for your photographer to complete a simple step-by-step process to become a Showcase-approved photographer. If you have a photographer that you want to use, but they are not Zillow Showcase-approved yet, please share this link with them: https://app.aryeo.com/showingtimeplus-photographer-submission They will then get sent an email with everything they'll need to get started.

For further information on the process, you can share this link with them as well: https://showingtimeplus.com/solutions/listing-showcase/photographers/resource-center, it explains the whole approval and shooting process to the photographer. Once they go through the Zillow 3D Home Capture app, online training and equipment verification, they will be approved to upload their photography and media directly to Showcase on your behalf.

Can I use Showcase with Listing Concierge?
Yes. If you place an order for the Gold or Platinum Listing Concierge package, Zillow Showcase is included.

How long does the Listing Showcase sit on Zillow once it's sold?
The Showcase treatment will automatically disable once the listing is in an "Off Market" status.

How will I be billed?
Your Zillow Showcase order, or any Listing Concierge Package ordered, will be billed directly to your agent bill.
