The links below will take you to the Semonin public SharePoint folder that houses forms needed for buyers and sellers. Some of the forms are Semonin specific, some are MLS specific, some are state/federal, and finally some of the forms are vendor related like home warranty. GLAR forms are to be used by GLAR members only.

INSTRUCTIONS ON DOWNLOADING FORMS FROM SHAREPOINT

1. Go to the Forms folder in the Public drive by clicking the link here:
https://hsoa.sharepoint.com/:f:/r/sites/HSOAKY/Shared%20Documents/_FORMS_?csf=1&web=1&e=gwSckJ or click one of the specified links below.
2. When you hover over the form you'd like to download, three dots will appear to the right of the form name providing "More Actions", click on the three dots, then click Download.
You can also click on the form to open it and view it, and click on download at the top of the page while in preview mode.
3. You will then go to your downloads folder on your computer and open the form to use.

PLEASE DO NOT JUST OPEN AND TYPE IN THE FORM. YOU MUST DOWNLOAD IT AND USE THE DOWNLOADED VERSION. USING THE FORM WHILE IT'S IN PREVIEW MODE INSTEAD OF USING THE DOWNLOADED FORM WILL AUTOMATICALLY SAVE ANY CHANGES IN SHAREPOINT.
