LOUISVILLE OFFICE SERVICE DESK REQUEST CALENDAR

This service desk calendar is for the Louisville sales office. 

Agents are notified via email and text when Service Desk Sign-up is approaching. The first day of sign-ups, the calendar will open at 8:30am, and each agent can select up to 10 days/times. At 8:30am on day 2, we will open up unlimited days/times for all agents.

   Slots:

  • 8:00-10:00

  • 10:00-12:00

  • 12:00-2:00

  • 2:00-4:00

  • 4:00-6:00

  • 6:00-8:00

NEW ALBANY OFFICE SERVICE DESK REQUEST CALENDAR

This service desk calendar is for the New Albany sales office. 

Agents are notified via email and text when Service Desk Sign-up is approaching. The first day of sign-ups, the calendar will open at 8:30am, and each agent can select up to 5 days/times. At 8:30am on day 2, we will open up unlimited days/times for all agents.

  • 8:00am-11:00am

  • 11:00am-2:00pm

  • 2:00pm-5:00pm

  • 5:00pm-8:00pm

  Weekend Slots

  • 9:00am-5:00pm
